Harmonizing home interiors: The power of Vaastu-approved plants in living room design

Abstract
This study explores the integration of Vaastu Shastra principles with plant placement in modern living rooms. Vaastu Shastra, an ancient Indian architectural science, focuses on harmonizing human dwellings with natural forces. Through qualitative research, including literature review, interviews with Vaastu experts, and case studies, the impact of plant placement on energy flow, health, and prosperity is examined. Key texts like Vaastu: The Indian Art of Placement by Rohit Arya and The Secret Science of Vaastu by Renuka Sharma provide foundational insights. Findings reveal that specific plants, strategically placed, enhance well-being and harmony in contemporary homes, bridging traditional wisdom with modern design.
