Abstract

The growing recognition of soil carbon's crucial role in climate change mitigation has spurred advancements in estimation and monitoring methods. Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) with existing tools like the Nutrient Tracking Tool (NTT) and Agricultural Policy/Environmental eXtender (APEX) model represents a significant development in this domain. This study explores AI's application to enhance soil carbon estimation accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. By leveraging AI, we aim to improve land management practices and environmental sustainability. The integration of AI with NTT and APEX enhances predictive capabilities, facilitating more precise soil carbon assessments crucial for effective carbon management and climate policy implementation.
