The recent reforms in motor vehicle accident law have significantly impacted the processes and outcomes related to claim processing and compensation. This paper examines the nature and extent of these reforms, analyzing their effects on the efficiency and fairness of the claims process. By comparing pre-reform and post-reform data, we evaluate key metrics such as claim approval rates, processing times, and compensation amounts. “The study also considers the perspectives of various stakeholders, including claimants, insurance companies, and legal professionals. Our findings indicate that while the reforms have streamlined some aspects of claim processing, challenges remain in ensuring equitable compensation and access to legal recourse. The analysis reveals a complex interplay between legislative intent and practical implementation, highlighting areas where further adjustments may be necessary to achieve the desired balance between efficiency and justice in motor vehicle accident compensation.
