Electrohydrodynamic production of templates for the self-assembly of solid lipid nanoparticles

Abstract
One located on the top causes of death is prostate cancer (PCa). While currently available anticancer drugs are effective against prostate tumors, they do not differentiate between cancerous and noncancerous cells. The colloidal instability of SLNs is one of their main drawbacks. One of the many possible causes of this is gelation that occurs after storage stainless-steel needle with a gauge of 20, an inner diameter of 0.61 mm, and an outer diameter of 0.91 mm was used to pump the polymer solutions into Terumo plastic syringes (10 mL) throughout the manufacturing process the efficiency of indomethacin encapsulation in the constructed SLNs remained rather constant across different manufacturing scales.
