Abstract

Personalized medicine is a style of healthcare that uses a patient's genetic information, medical history, and diagnostic testing to choose the best pharmaceuticals for that patient, with the goal of maximizing therapeutic benefit while keeping negative medication responses, side effects, and interactions to a minimum. To remedy this, new ADR monitoring centers should be established, and existing ones should be connected to improve data sharing throughout the nation Patients in and around the Belgaum area All in-patients admitted to medical wards who met the inclusion criteria will be included in this prospective research based on chemists The vast majority of unwanted medication responses and side effects are avoidable and foreseeable.
