Abstract
Rajyoga Meditation, as taught by the Brahma Kumaris, represents a combination of spiritual way of life and psychological change aimed at realizing one’s true self and achieving eternal peace. Deep-rooted in the ancient perception of Indian sacred scripture such as the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Rajyoga provides a path of inner awakening based on soul-consciousness and connection with the Supreme Soul. This paper explores the philosophical foundations of Rajyoga Meditation and studies how these ideas help inner peace and self-realization. The study discusses the metaphysical concepts of soul (Atma), Supreme Soul (Paramatma), karma, liberation (Moksha/Mukti), join in both classical and modern interpretations. Further, it highlights the significance of Rajyoga philosophy in addressing psychological anguish, emotional disparity and factual conflicts of contemporary life. The paper concludes that Rajyoga serves as a holistic creation that unites philosophy, psychology and spirituality, guiding the practitioner in the direction of a state of stable peace, moral clarity and spiritual empowerment.
