Gender and Sexuality as Boundaries in The Workplace

Author : Apoorva Mishra and Dr. Rashmi Saxena

Abstract

This research examines the intersection of gender and sexuality to better comprehend the ways in which non-normative sexuality is acted out by queer people. we cover ground rules like gender, sexuality, desire, performance, performativity, and embodiment. Additionally, it examines the views put out by three gender theorists-Butler, Foucault, and Sedgwick-and draws comparisons between them. Organizational duties are often divided along gender lines as many businesses uphold traditional views of gender roles. Such writings tend to lean towards the areas of philosophy, language, history, and psychoanalysis Some gender stereotypes are based on incorrect or oversimplified assumptions about the nature of men and women.
