Abstract

In India, the health care sector has grown to be one of the biggest in terms of both employment and income. One of the largest difficulties facing the healthcare business is meeting the demands of all employees while maintaining standards and quality. Practices in human resource management and quality management help employees reach their professional and personal objectives in addition to the objectives of the company. The purpose of the study is to examine the practices of human resource management and overall quality management of medical professionals and their associations in private hospitals located in Haryana, India. Finding the most important HRM practices and overall quality management metrics are the goals of this study. The study also intends to investigate how HRM practices affect the implementation of overall quality management, as well as the results of HRM practices and the implementation of whole quality management for employee satisfaction. Haryana is where the study was carried out. The doctors who work in hospitals were the target population. responses were obtained from the 800 questionnaires that were delivered to the respondents. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect responses, and SPSS version 20 was used for analysis.
